These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Third Space website at thirdspacerisk.com (the "Site") and the brokerage services we provide ("Services"). By using the Site or engaging Third Space, you agree to these Terms.
The Site and Services are operated by Third Space Holdings, Inc. ("Third Space," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation with offices at 134 N 4th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249. Third Space is licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services as an insurance broker (License No. BR-1956934) and as an excess line broker (License No. EX-1956934-R).
Third Space acts as an insurance broker — we represent you, the insurance buyer, in placing coverage with insurance carriers. We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite, issue, or pay claims on insurance policies. Coverage is provided by the carrier(s) named on your policy.
Where we place coverage with a non-admitted insurer, the insurer is not licensed by the State of New York and is not subject to NYDFS rate-and-form regulation. Losses arising from the insolvency of a non-admitted insurer are not covered by the New York Property/Casualty Insurance Security Fund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Space will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
